At Assai Records, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, sealed condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your local post office or preferred courier service.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
